Drivers will soon be able to apply online for an International Driving Permit (IDP). Within the next two weeks, a new online service will make it possible for members of the public to apply for and to pay for an IDP via www.gibraltar.gov.gi

Following a successful 6 month pilot project, the Gibraltar Youth Service, Department of Education, and the Care Agency have announced the continuation of The Mingle Project – a multi-agency, social inclusion project for young adults, aged 18-30, with mild learning needs.

The Royal Gibraltar Police confirms that in relation to the beaching incident at Eastern Beach yesterday afternoon in broad daylight, the abandoned vessel was conveyed to the Police Marine Base where a full crime scene examination was carried out.
The Gibraltar Mental Welfare Society says that as we approach a General Election, it considers what progress has been made in mental health provision in the last few years. Starting with the opening of the new psychiatric facility at Ocean Views in 2015, GWMS feel that the mental health services in Gibraltar have seen significant improvements in recent years.

A Dementia conference, hosted by the Elderly Residential Services, took place on Monday the 30th September at the King’s Bastion Leisure Centre.
