Gibraltar’s Public Health has undergone a re-branding, with a new website www.healthygibraltar.org launched today by Minister for Public Health, the Hon John Cortes, and the Health Promotion team at a Press Conference at No 6 Convent Place.
The Government has today published a Bill to amend the Gibraltar Electricity Authority Act that will, for the first time ever allow individual customers of the GEA to feed-in electricity generated at home from renewable sources.

A minor oil spill was reported to the Gibraltar Port Authority shortly after 1pm on Wednesday 6 December 2017. The oil spill occurred when a yacht taking luboils at Western Arm suffered an overflow of delivery from the tank vent on deck which made its way into the sea via one of the deck scuppers.

The Gibraltar Museum Annual Christmas Lecture takes place this Thursday, 7th December, at 7pm at the John Mackintosh Hall.
The Gibraltar Port Authority recently attended the 6th Mediterranean Bunker Fuel conference in Athens. This conference brought together over 150 of the region's leading bunker fuel suppliers, traders, brokers, refiners, ship operators, owners, and other marine fuel industry organizations to discuss the changing landscape of the Mediterranean heading towards 2020.

The Minister for Health, Care and Justice, Neil F. Costa, travelled to London for a series of official meetings with NHS officials from Manchester and London. Mr Costa was accompanied by the Medical Director of the Gibraltar Health Authority, Dr Daniel Cassaglia.
